I remember FG from its very beginning. I’ve seen the long journey from a cellar in Hronov to a first-rate agency and I like to remember all the things which moved us forward and which gave us valuable lessons or just amused us. And I hereby publicly promise not to disturb new colleagues with corny stories from the good old days :-)

Eleven years of athletic training taught me that no victory comes without effort. Patience and thorough preparation are still remarkable values reflected in the way I work, as well as the management of Forrest. Thanks to athletics, I also manage the ability to evaluate a situation and not give up, to think strategically, to fight for and pursue my own goals, not to avoid obstacles and to resolve daily problems meaningfully.

I joined the agency in 2002. Gradually, I held the positions of Webmaster, Web Developer, Account Manager, Project Manager and Chief Project Manager. I am currently responsible for the running of the entire Production and Service Division.
I refuse to shave off my beard.

I started work at FG Forrest in 2003 in the position of Executive Assistant. I gradually got the opportunity to test the tricky field of human resource management and later finance, where I still work.

I joined Forrest in 2003 as Web Programmer and I gradually went through the entire production department. I like working on a team of professional and also easy-going people able to roll up their sleeves and put their shoulders to the wheel. Even though the results of the activity of Forrest are visible to everyone, I am mostly pleased by work well-done and a satisfied client (and of course also good food and drinks and a satisfied tummy).

I have been doing graphics for more than ten years, therefore I am sometimes quite demanding in respect to my colleagues. I do not excuse sloppy work and I require a job be perfectly done . I am currently getting my firearm license… Fortunately, there is plenty of graphic talent around me, so it is mostly reasonable to talk with me. I am innovative and at Forrest, I have invented a method of payment for non-standard requirements in the form of fresh doughnuts. And therefore I still have to ride my bicycle…

… I am the first one you’ll meet at FG. Sometimes smiling, sometimes not so much. That is the case if there is any hustle and bustle or chaos, which one can hardly avoid on Mondays :)
Even so, I love my job. I organise company sporting events, staff parties and other social events. I ensure that all our branches are operating as they should. I am here for the Forrest team, as well as for our clients. That is what I like!
And after work? Recently I have fallen in love with tennis. I will never become Maria Sharapova, but tennis makes me really happy. And that is important!

I have loved web work since high school, as well as cycling. My initial experiments were with html, graphics, and flash. I continued in this area at university, but in the end I nearly ended up doing anti-viruses and that without even a bicycle. It was terribly boring and Forrest was actually liberating when I look back on it. Here you cannot experience anything even remotely boring. There is always something happening at our place…

I am one of the oldest members of the Forrest team, even in a professional way. I began as a programmer, I tried web work, and now I do project management. I do a little charity work and motivating colleagues to run around in trainers.

When I was 14 years old I received my first dream computer – the PC AT 286 (1MB RAM, without HDD, with a 5.25" floppy disk and a monochromatic monitor with 256 shades of grey). Since then I have always been into computers. I never fulfilled the dream of programming my own game, but that was my ambition for many years. When the Internet came to Bohemia, everything changed and I soon started with web development, where am today – only the style and the languages change . I do not say much – our results speak for each of us and it is we who are responsible for the future (that’s why I am with Forrest).

I nearly did not join Forrest because I was afraid that I couldn’t manage it. Finally I gave it a try and did well. From the position of Webmaster, I gradually worked my way up to the position of Senior Web Developer and my job has become my hobby.
As a Taurus, I believe that things should either be done 100 % or not at all, which applies to any job without exception. Perhaps this sometimes makes me a perfectionist.
During my leisure time I actively do sports, play tennis, floorball, snowboard in the winter, cycle in the summer, and when I am not devastating my body with sports, I like to have a good beer with friends :-)
